This Privacy Policy explains how Pomona Kickboxing ("we", "us"), a kickboxing and martial arts gym in Montclair, California, collects and uses your information when you visit pomonakickboxing.com, use our member app at pomona-kickboxing-hub.web.app, train with us, or text us.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Membership details: your plan, class bookings and attendance, signed waiver, and goals you record.
- Payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us by text or in the member app.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and remind you of classes, manage your membership, process payments and send payment links, answer your questions, send offers you've agreed to receive, and keep the gym safe.
SMS / text messaging
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the gym, such as Twilio (text message delivery), Stripe (payments) and Google Firebase (member app hosting). They may use it only to provide those services to Pomona Kickboxing.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any Pomona Kickboxing text to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. To see, correct or delete your information, ask at the front desk or contact us through pomonakickboxing.com.
Security
Member records are protected by account sign-in and are visible only to Pomona Kickboxing staff.
