These Terms & Conditions apply to Pomona Kickboxing's website, member app (pomona-kickboxing-hub.web.app) and text messaging program.

SMS Terms

Program. Pomona Kickboxing sends text messages about intro classes and class bookings, booking reminders, schedule changes and cancellations, membership and payment notices with secure payment links, waiver reminders, offers you've agreed to receive, and replies to messages you send us.

Consent. You agree to receive texts when you check the text-message consent box on our website form at pomonakickboxing.com, provide your mobile number in our member app next to our consent notice, give it at our front desk on a sign-up form with the same notice, or text us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your bookings and account activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages from Pomona Kickboxing. Reply START to opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through pomonakickboxing.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Member app

The member app lets you view classes, book and cancel, sign your waiver, pay, and message the gym. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if your contact details change.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
